Raspberry Dust Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chilled heavy whipping cream

  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar

  • 1/2 tablespoon of Epicurean Raspberry Dust


  1. For the best results in getting beautiful peaks in your whipped cream, place your mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer and chill them for at least 15 minutes before you start.

  2. Now combine your chilled cream, powdered sugar, and Epicurean Raspberry Dust into the mixing bowl. Start mixing at a low speed and increase to a higher rate.

  3. Continue blending your cream. It will increase in volume, almost double what it was. The cream will quickly start to thicken this process should take less than five minutes.


The Epicurean Raspberry Dust whipped cream is great topping on a raspberry shortcake or a twist on an ambrosia salad.
